SHIPPING
Unless otherwise arranged, your order will take one to two weeks to be processed ready to post. Once it has been sent we will email through to you your shipping confirmation. If your order includes tracking then you will receive it here.
DOMESTIC
All local Min Pin orders are sent through Australia Post and include tracking. Please email us if you would like to include extra features with your shipping such as sign-on-delivery or insurance.
INTERNATIONAL
Yes, we do offer international shipping! Please find postage details specific to your country at checkout. Please email us if you would like to include extra features with your shipping such as sign-on-delivery or insurance.
Unfortunately, import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We encourage all international customers to familiarise themselves with their countries specific customs policies before making a purchase.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email through your order number and the item/s you wish to return and what you would like to exchange them for. Postage is at the expense of the customer. Unfortunately there are no exchanges on sale items.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Please note that shipping times may vary and it can sometimes take up to three weeks for your order to arrive. Min Pin provides tracking on all domestic orders and encourages all international customers to purchase extra tracking with their shipping at checkout. On occasion, packages may be stolen or delivered incorrectly. We can ensure your purchase during transit until it is marked as delivered.
